Viaduct of Garabit

Le pas de cère

The Lac du Pêcher

The Lake of "Pêcher", on the commune of Chalinargues, in edge of the forest of Pinatelle, at 1 100 m of altitude, is an old peat bog.

It is a beautiful place for walking, popular with fishermen and birdwatchers.

The Faillitoux Waterfall

A hiking trail starting from the hamlet of Lasmolineries allows you to make a loop of 1h30 walk, or to make a 40 minutes walk (Round trip) starting from the parking lot located beyond the hamlet.

On the border of Cantal and Aveyron, the Truyère Gorges stretch over 75 km and three successive lakes: Garabit-Grandval, Lanau and Sarrans (Laussac peninsula).
